Welcome to the highlight of the Truffle Festival – a frolicsome and delicious Truffle Banquet with choice wines on Saturday 15th November 2025!

Programme Saturday:
4.30 pm we reassemble at Visby Cathedral for an atmospheric Truffle Ceremony, which includes the official proclamation of this year’s Truffle Chef, this years honorary truffle and beautiful song. After the ceremony, we will walk down to the glass-domed foyer at the Clarion Hotel Wisby where we will enjoy an apéritif and our first course. This will be followed by a five-course truffle-themed gourmet banquet with accompanying wine matches in the Hall of Mirrors. Some of the best trufflechefs of Gotland will make the dinner together with the Truffle Chef of 2024 – Paul Svensson.

Dress: Dinner jacket or dark suit.
